Email Services
When implementing a new website it is important that any associated email addresses for the new domain are configured correctly. This service is provided free of charge as part of our website design service.
Existing Email Server (Hosted or Local)
If you have an in-house email system and you are sending/receiving email on your required email domain no further configuration is required.
If however, you are purchasing a new domain this needs to be configured to enable email from this new domain. We can do this for you directly, or we can liaise with your existing IT service provider.
No Email Server
If you do not have an existing email system, we will provide one free of charge (if you use our web-site hosting). We can also redirect any website email to any existing email addresses you already have, enabling you to keep using your existing email address.
Mobile Email
If you need to access email on your iPhone, Blackberry or Android handset then we can arrange to forward your website email to your phone, ensuring you keep in touch even when out on the road.
Webmail
As part of our website package we also provide a Webmail service, enabling you to easily access your website email using a standard web browser.
Google Apps
An alternative solution to running your own email server is to use Google Apps, which includes the Gmail email client.
Gmail in Google Apps works based on your domain, so when you send an email from This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
